Last week, OpenAI (the company behind ChatGPT) introduced Sora, a new AI video-generation model capable of crafting realistic videos (up to 60 seconds) from text prompts.
Despite its insane capabilities, Sora faces challenges the following challenges:
Accurately simulating the physics of a complex scene.
Specific instances of “cause and effect.”
Confusing spatial details of a prompt (e.g., mixing up left and right)
Struggling with precise descriptions of events that take place over time (e.g., following a specific camera trajectory)
Creating physically implausible motion (example below 👇️)
Prompt: Step-printing scene of a person running, cinematic film shot in 35mm.
Sora is currently only available to a select group for testing and feedback.
Sam Altman (Open AI CEO) has been on X replying with videos to user prompts (click below for examples):

Adjustment Brush
Earlier this month, Adobe released a new “Adjustment Brush” tool, now accessible in Photoshop (Beta).
This tool streamlines the process of making adjustments to images, allowing users to apply their modifications with a single stroke of a paintbrush.
All adjustments made using the Adjustment Brush are non-destructive, as they create a new adjustment layer with a layer mask upon application.
You can find the Adjustment Brush under the brush tools in the Photoshop toolbar and the contextual toolbar:
